Leadership role in Employee Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in Plant HR and Corporate HR


Role :

The person in this role is responsible for the delivery of all employee experience activities within defined area. We are seeking a leader who will lead our team of human resources professionals to support business growth by actively partnering with and coaching business stakeholders. In this role, you will also partner with business leaders to provide human resources solutions in organization design, learning and development as well as talent performance.

Key Accountabilities :

- Lead human resources team to provide effective consulting services to managers and employees in defined areas, including implementing regional strategic plan from employee experience service level, and engaging business stakeholder to adopt human resources operating model.

- Contribute integrated human resources solutions in organization design, learning and development, and some talent practices by providing talent performance inputs, like participating talent performance project, capability building projects and change communication.

- Motivate employee experience team to provide effective consulting services to employee, including developing team with valuable human resources consultative skills, engaging team to achieve high performance targets and encouraging client focus culture.

- Champion transformational change management by coaching business to embrace new processes/technology.

- Interpret and implement compliance regulations internally and externally within human resources services.

- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Confirmed understanding of evolving human resources landscape and leading organizational change efforts.

- Confirmed ability to lead and implement human resources processes and client focused solutions in an innovative way.

- Proficient in verbal and written English.

- In-depth knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes; Proven track record to positively impact business results.

- Experienced in positively influencing and collaborating while engaging the full scope of their teams.

- Experienced in working in extensive and fast growing shared service environment.

- Minimum of six years of related work experience

- Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree from an institute of repute.

- Three years of supervisory experience

- Above 12 years of experience in human resources with regional experiences.
