Our client a leading Indian firm based in Mumbai is looking for a Senior Management/ Leadership candidate to oversee their annual operating plan across Sales & Distribution and Marketing for their Real Estate Retail business

- The candidate is responsible to formulate and implement overall sales strategies across projects and geographies to meet the organizational objectives

- Drive the business towards high growth rates on long-term time-lines

- Strategize the marketing plan for the product and formulating competitive strategy and business forecasting for assigned region.

- The candidate is required to have extensive B2C experience across varied industries like Banking and Financial Sector (Loans, Cards, Mortgages), Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, etc. 

- He/ She should also have leadership experience.
