Leadership Role - Digital Strategy Consulting (13-19 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities : 

1. Market Facing Leadership role [~40 to 50% of KRA]

- Developing and enhancing Digital propositions for clients (for specific accounts/ sector/ functions)

- Identifying new opportunities, converting these into sales, along with the key account/ sector teams support.

- Developing and cultivating senior exec level relationships

- Build extensive network with digital vendors/ partners, thereby cultivating a favourable ecosystem

- Take a lead role with client interactions and lead preparation, development and delivery of proposals (leading the pursuit team)

2. Client Delivery Leadership role [~30 to 40% of KRA]

- Lead the delivery of major engagements on a day to day basis, providing hands on management to the engagement team

- Lead the preparation, planning and delivery of Digital transformation programs. This includes setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, creating and co-ordinating final deliverables, providing high quality and insightful advice to our clients in terms of Digital strategy, architecture, operating model etc.

- Drawing on knowledge and experience to provide high quality and deep insights and recommendations to our clients

- Managing relationships with key C level executives at clients. Interfacing with senior internal and external stakeholders both at clients and within

- Co-ordination of work with wider teams (both nationally and internationally) to ensure the best solution is developed for the client irrespective of geography or sector

- Maintain responsibility for risk management, quality and profitability on engagements and liaise with the client lead and partners

3. Practice & Team Leadership role [~10 to 30 % of KRA]

- Coach, mentor and develop middle and junior level staff

- Performance management of all the team members rolling up to him/her

- Develop the manager layers to be leaders of the future

- Be known as a Thought Leader in chosen space, and represent in industry forums

- Direct the training & skill enhancement of the team, in line with market opportunities

- Understand wider Management Consulting and service capabilities and offerings to co-ordinate these to ensure our clients get the best level of advice and support

- Supporting and contributing to the growth plans of Digital Consulting

- Sustaining a reputation for delivery excellence in the marketplace

Experience Band: 13 to 19 Yrs

Education: Masters in Business Administration/ IT / Engineering/ Data Sciences / equivalent;

Certification in Digital technologies - AI, blockchain, analytics, IoT/ design thinking / PMP

TOGAF/ equivalent preferred

Experience Profile:

You would have significant and progressive experience in consulting firm or in industry in developing or delivering large scale digital transformation, including areas such as (illustrative)

- Digital Strategy

- Digital Operating model

- Enterprise Architecture & IT strategy

- IT enabled business transformation

- Digital transformational programs

- High business impact AI, blockchain, IoT, Analytics, cloud or similar initiatives

- Innovation programs

These programs would have bought a clear business outcome (e.g. on revenue, cost, operating efficiency, customer experience etc). Further, you would have technology expertise in at least one of the Digital areas (e.g AI, Blockchain, Analytics, Cloud, IoT, industry 4.0, mobility, Emerging Tech etc).

You would have also demonstrated ability to manage a team of Digital/ Tech practitioners that are able to successfully source, manage and complete multiple projects at once. Further, have strong presentation skills and impact, being competent in presenting ideas clearly and convincingly so as to influence others - demonstrating personal presence, with the ability to earn trust and respect quickly

You would be able to demonstrate and disseminate (both internally and externally) deep knowledge awareness of current market trends and activities, both from a technology and business perspective

You would be comfortable with ambiguity, fluid consulting situations and a highly pressured environment which characterise such transformations. Further, you would be able to travel at significant level.
