D2C Growth Business Leader
- At Client, we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh ayurvedic" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers, leaves & herbs to build personal care products for everyday use.
- The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
Role: Lead the D2C business with a stronghold on performance marketing and other forms of digital marketing.
- Drive revenue growth of D2C business
- Improve profitability of the D2C business with enhanced ROAS
- Manage performance & brand ads on digital channels
- Manage other modes of paid marketing
- Work with product & marketing teams to enhance ad quality & website experience
- Drive better CRO, higher AOV, lower CAC & higher LTV
- Drive D2C revenue growth at individual product level alongside overall revenue
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ yrs experience in managing performance marketing & business growth
- Experience in managing an ads team
- Experience in digital consumer business, preferably FMCG.
- Start-up hustler
- Knack for innovation & creative solutioning
- Data-driven approach to problem solving
