Role involves handling following responsibilities :
- Understand customer base and focus on solving their long-term needs
- Dealing with CXO's
- Escalations Management
- Account Renewals
- Upsell Customers
- Reducing churn
- Customer Onboarding
- Bridge the gap between sales and support
- Should have exposure to International Market (EMEA/APAC)
- Having Understanding of Supply Chain Management function would be an added advantage
