Position: Leadership Role - Corporate Sales (Leading Healthcare Benefits Company) (14-20 yrs)
Role:
- This role will be part of Leadership Team, as a Head the individual will be directly responsible to build corporate and insurance business and drive revenue targets
- Responsible for corporate and insurance services vertical, driving sales, service delivery and client relationship and ensuring the expected profitability and the performance level
- Head overall provider initiatives- partnering with hospitals, diagnostic centres, physicians & clinics and other strategic alliances network management
Requirements:
- MBA
- 14+ years of extensive track record and achievement with relevant experience in TPAs / wellness companies in strategic planning & execution
- Good experience in consultative sales to corporates/ institutional clients
- Must have managed budgets and P&Ls
- Experienced in leading and developing teams
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
- Good communication and relationship building skills
