We have an opening for our MNC client in Bangalore Preferred Industries : FMCG who have strong distribution channel and Modern Trade (MT) exposure Outlined below the job description for your perusal: - Manage the P&L for the particular vertical in India - Head the business strategy & corporate development function for India. - Responsible for heading profit centre, channel sales, key account management, People Management etc. - Heading sales and distribution of particular division - Leading a cross-functional team - Primary responsibilities are Strategic Sales Management, Territory Management, Business Growth, Market Share delivery, and Quarterly Sales & Contribution plan achievement, Trade Marketing, Customer Management and Cost Control. - Responsible for the development & execution of Annual Business Operating plan and identification of resources and infrastructure for new businesses in which the Company is venturing into. - Update the Corporate marketing team and respond proactively in an effective manner to competition, issues leading to lagging behind in achieving the targets, market developments, and new business opportunities. - Vast experience in developing and deploying quarterly and annual plans, programs and policies for company Sales Managers together with preparation, forecasting of sales targets - Enterprising leader with skills in maximising revenue opportunities by achieving the set target through effective forecasting, pricing, rate management, market business mix and distribution channel mix
