Leadership Role - Business Finance - Pharma/FMCG/FMCD - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (15-20 yrs)
Objective :
The role oversees the business and financial operations of the institution and shares responsibility for the organization's economic and financial performance. This role will perform financial analysis, develop financial planning processes and design and help implement overall business plans
Profile:
Business Finance professional with 15+ years of experience having worked in large MNC/Domestic companies with turnover of more than Rs.1000 crores. Person should have good leadership, communication skills and be an effective team player. Good ability to interact with senior and junior colleagues. Working in SAP environment and good excel skills is must.
Qualification -
CA/ MBA from Premier Management Institutes.
Reporting :
Promoter Directors
Business Finance function will include.
- Budgeting & Planning,
- Performance Management,
- Executive Board Business Presentations.
- Profitability Management,
- Expenditure Control,
- MIS on key Business Parameters,
- Competition Benchmarking & Analysis,
- CAPEX Decisions and Performance Incentive Structures.
- Business Modelling of new Products/Markets and providing support for business decisions such as Pricing, Tenders etc.
- Business reporting on all subsidiaries. Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Key focus.
- To improve profitability by way of improving working capital management - Drive Inventory reduction
- Development of subordinates
- Stewardship of commercial policies - Alignment and Control.
- AR management and reduction of bad debts
- Control and monitor Advertising and sales promotion spends
- Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards
Personal Attributes.
- Interpersonal skills-Ability to deal and influence stakeholders across the organization (3 Promoters, R&D, Purchase, Supply chain, Operations across businesses)
- Strong business acumen
- Self driven
- Analytical and make sense from nonsense (through data ) - Common sensical
- Ability to simplify complex scenarios
