Leadership Level - Business Development (Retail Leasing) We have an urgent requirement of candidate having good exposure of "Retail Leasing, Business Development & P& Management with one of the well known conglomerate in Mumbai Location: Purpose of the Job : - Experience in Retail Leasing with primary focus on Revenue Maximization. - Profit Centre Operations - Drive Revenue Maximization - Retail and commercial leasing operations - Responsible for business development activities involving market research, identifying the location either directly or through channel partners, meeting with the developers / landlords / owners of the property, calculating the Return on Investment, negotiating and finalizing the commercial terms, - Responsible for leading the Business Development function at the designated city. - Local & National level Business Development of potential clients. - Keeping abreast with local market intelligence and real estate trends. - Contributing to implementation of business strategy & effective deal making. - Managing & coordination of client site and city visits. - Collaboration with key stake holders - internal & external for optimum results.
