Leadership Role - Business Development - Consultative Sales/IT Solution Sales (8-15 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager , with a focus on account management and selling IT solutions and Technologies for one of the SaaS based organization.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8 + Years in (Consultative Sales , IT Solution Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to meet revenue targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their business needs and providing value-added solutions.

3. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the customer's business challenges and recommending solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

4. Conduct research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments and identify new market opportunities within existing accounts.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the value of our offerings to customers.

6. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within existing accounts.

7. Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.

8. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

10. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns to Inc.

11. Responsible for maintaining and growing the existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and developing a deep understanding of their business needs.

Must have skills:

1. Master's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in IT solution sales with a focus on account management.

3. Preferably having experience in managing at least 2 -3, $ 1-2 Mn recurring ''revenue per customer' account in the last 3-4 years.

4. Strong background in consultative selling.

5. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers (Hunting / Farming Experience).

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

7. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

10. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

11. Willingness to travel as needed.
