Job Description Summary

- As part of the Business Data Service for Digi-commerce, you have to front end with clients to solve their data challenges with a specific focus on digital commerce. The stakeholders whom you need to navigate through in client organizations will include leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement etc. You will work with teams that delivers best-in-class service and value creation for clients that strive for operational excellence.

- This role will engage with clients and define the transformation roadmap for winning the digital shelf.

- The candidate should have insight on digital solutions for clients that will help their eCommerce business in defining the right product assortment, improve their products availability at retailer partners, improve the search visibility and ratings & reviews, perfect the content management, pricing management and promotions / activations.

- The candidate should have strong master data management knowledge and can build a story of how to improve external digital shelf data improving the internal client's business data

Job specific requirements:

1. Bachelor's or advanced degree (preferred Masters) in Computer Science or Business administration with strong technology background experience.

2. Minimum 6 years progressive experience in the Digital or eCommerce space. Preferred experience with Content Management for at least 2 yr

3. Proficient in multiple technology disciplines: Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Experience Management (PXM), content syndication, Product Content Management, master data management

4. Consumer Packaged Goods products experience a strong plus

5. Proven collaboration ability, effectively working across multiple stakeholder groups, cross-functional groups, departments, and leadership teams both within the organization and outside of the organization.

6. Strong business acumen specific to eCommerce levers that drive results & ability to pivot technology based on constant new informational inputs

7. Good customer facing and communication skills that talk the talk of eCommerce. Be a thought leader in the space of eCommerce and technology
