Leadership Role - Bank - Real Estate

A senior management opportunity available with an IPC in the real estate I Banking space. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in origination and execution of transactions in real estate domain on the debt syndication and private equity investment side. Candidates based out of Delhi NCR shall be given highest preference.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, motivate and develop the team of employees reporting into this position

- Responsible for business development

- Close collaboration across the business to deliver a seamless service to clients

- Develop and maintain relationships

- Active engagement with clients for understanding their real estate portfolio and suggestions thereon

- Relationship management with counterparties – developers, private equity funds, IPCs, boutique brokerage firms

- Arrange private equity and structure finance

- Deal structuring

Financial or budgetary responsibility (if any)

Will carry a quota for the business

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education Qualification: Post graduate with corporate finance and RE skills

Work experience (if adequate) - Flexible

Expert Knowledge: RE transaction structuring, credit side experience, senior investment banker

Competencies:

Functional: Finance, Real estate, Business

Foundational: Post graduate mandatory – top 10 B school ideally

Background:

- Investment Banks

- NBFC’s, Funds, Debt side

- International Property Consultants
