Leadership Role - Automation CoE - Program Management Advisory

Leadership role for Automation CoE Program Management (Advisory) _ Bangalore/Gurgaon

Experience: 12 to 18 years

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Delhi

Responsibilities:

Program Management

- Contribute to advisory and discovery engagement

- Gather, synthesize, and prioritize programs to run capability building, training, track delivery

- Be accountable for driving the entire adoption of practice with various offerings, reporting the progress on regular basis, ensure all programs are on track

- Monitor execution against both the roadmap and on business commitments

- Presentations to leadership and clients explaining the progress, bottlenecks, and next steps

- Drive decisions regarding using other software along with discovery and mining

Practice (COE) Management

- Refine frameworks, methodologies, playbooks, and templates to deliver consistent and incremental adoption across offering

- Grow reputation of the COE/practice within the group and organization by interacting with multiple stakeholders across departments like Technology, Delivery, etc.,

- Publish sharp and practical insights about progress that could help the offerings understand and deliver better growth

Qualification :

- Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum Methodologies along with traditional program management methodologies

- Knowledge of managing and working in discovery tools around mining like Celonis or equivalent is a must

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional groups and drive decision making

- Of the total experience 7+ years program management experience

- 5+ years of prior process and digital transformation or consulting experience

- MBA desired; technical undergraduate degree preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral

- Influence and impress with good writing, speech, and presentations

- Ability to professionally network with key opinion leaders within or outside org.
