- Experienced business analytics & consumer insights professional with 12 years of multicounty Experience across both agency and client side.

- Expertise in using data driven analytics to answer business questions, deliver insights and make actionable recommendations.

- Strong client servicing & client account management skills. Experience of working with leading multinational companies.

- Proven team management experience of onshore analysts and offshore modeling team.

- Strong technical and analytics software expertise, IBM SPSS Statistics (certified professional) with working knowledge of SPSS Modeler, Python, R, Tableau & Marketing budget optimization tools would be preferred

- P&L Management, Revenue and Gross Margin Targets - working with leadership team to achieve the assigned targets for revenue and gross margin for allocated client portfolio

- Solution architecture for advanced analytics projects, articulation of business problems, functional consulting, analytical story-telling, domain consulting .

- Responsibility in Research & Analytics, Ability to get hands on in Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, programming in R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.
