Job Description:
- Individual Contributor role completely accountable and responsible for leadership hiring,
- Strong Business understanding skills required to coordinate with the customer's resource hiring expectations and communicate and channelize the external hiring partners, Internal sourcing team etc,
- Should be a matured stand alone resource delivering quality work within TAT and delivering under Minimal supervision
- Should possess very strong Interpersonal skills, Outright smart and analytical skills
Education:
- Graduation should be from a regular stream Only. PG degree in Human Resource will be of greater advantage
