Leadership Development Partner - IT (13-15 yrs)
Key Expectation of the Role:
The incumbent is expected to drive Senior Leadership interventions and lead long term individual coaching engagements for high potential candidates, to support them in their overall leadership development journey in preparing them for critical leadership roles.
Experience Required:
- 13 to 15 years of experience in OD and Leadership Development
- Proven track record of working as an Executive coach or Development partner for senior executives at a global level for at least 10 years
Qualification
- Post graduate degree in business, management, psychology, HRD/OB
Skillset
- Ability to communicate and network confidently with Senior Leaders
- Analytical and Creative Thinking
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and build effective networks across
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders and build relationships
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and initiate Leadership interventions against agreed deliverables
- Content Development (Instructional Design)
- Project Management (Knowledge of MS office).
