Essential Experience :
- Proven expertise in leadership development with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant Organisation Development topics such as strategic planning, personal Transformation, coaching, facilitation, leadership, business modelling etc.
- Leading change and integrating capacity development process with public health system
- Designing, building and leading team with a culture of reflection and personal transformation
- Designing and executing gender inclusive programs
Essential Skills :
- Introspecting and deriving meaning for self through varied experiences
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to build shared meaning and vision
- Facilitating conversations for visioning/ learning with senior leaders
- Empathetic listening and speaking
- Designing and implementing a well-developed change management toolbox
Qualifications :
- PG Diploma / Master's in Social Work / Development Studies or equivalent, or Graduates with requisite skills and experience of 10+ years may apply.
- Knowledge in areas of Leadership development in public health
