Leader - Technology Recruitment (12-15 yrs)
- Scouting for seasoned professionals for one of the leading MNC that offer great benefits with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for managing the hiring for technical vertical,.
- Would be responsible for leading all sourcing strategies
- Would be responsible for monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all sourcing strategies
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train and evaluate the team of recruiters
- Develop a network of potential future hires
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Qualifications:-

- Should have experience in managing the team
