Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business leaders, identify talent needs, implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Anticipate future business needs and build a resource forecasting model by partnering with business/functional heads and managers
- Lead all sourcing strategies and adopt a multi-channel approach to recruit
- Engage, manage and develop a team of high-performers who thrives in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Build, mentor, and train a team of recruiters
- Be a hands-on leader who loves to lead a team
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
- Work with internal teams to align initiatives and maximize collaboration
- Manage various projects to continuously improve the TA practices to improve candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and product management recruitment preferably with Product based companies/start-ups
- 3+ years building, leading, and coaching a high performing team of recruiters in a fast-paced tech first environment
- Passion for delighting hiring managers and candidates
- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, boolean searches, job posts, social media, referrals, etc.
- Ability to identify, partner with, and manage vendors with a keen focus on timely closures of tech and product roles
- Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communicator with proven consultation, coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills - Ability to be strategic and tactical
- Agile, adaptable, and able to deal positively with ambiguity
