Talent Acquisition Leader for a renowned Healthcare company. Incumbent would be responsible for leading the TA function and the team. MBA with minimum 10 years of experience and deep expertise in TA may respond urgently to us.
Responsibilities:
- As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading talent acquisition initiatives, attracting top-tier candidates, and building a high-performing team to support the organization's growth in the dynamic Healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Health tech and Healthcare sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent challenges, using this information to make informed talent decisions.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
- Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
- Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
- Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.
