Leader - Talent Acquisition - Consulting Firm (15-22 yrs)

The Talent Acquisition Leader will report to the Regional HR Lead and be responsible for managing recruiting operations across India & SE Asia. The role will oversee the execution and delivery of large-scale recruiting across: university, experienced hire and enterprise functions across all offices in the region. The role will also partner with the Global Recruiting Lead and Recruiting CoE (Center of Excellence) to design - best in class- learning, process improvements and reporting capabilities to deliver value & impact to meet business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the delivery of regional recruiting strategy & operations, including; employer branding & social campaigns; talent attraction & sourcing; assessments; interview processes; and candidate engagement throughout the recruiting lifecycle;

- Support open recruiting efforts as an individual contributor. Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates;

- Recruit, lead, coach and mentor a growing team of recruiters and HR assistants across locations. Establish a strong community mindset of knowledge sharing, engagement, and results/solution-orientation;

- Collaborate with regional business leadership to monitor recruiting progress regularly against demand. Maintain agility in recruiting support & structure to meet the monthly/annual hiring needs of various practice & functional areas in real-time;

- Partner with Regional HR Lead, Global Recruiting Lead and the CoE to ensure all program communications, standard processes, team training, tools and plans are aligned to key audiences and business needs;

- Collaborate with the CoE to define data standards, drive team behaviors around data stewardship and evolve key metrics through dashboards to drive performance of the team;

- Keep abreast of emerging recruiting best practices and industry trends and sharing with the team as appropriate

Qualifications:

- BS/BA/MBA degree with strong record of academic achievement required, advanced degree preferred;

- 15+ years of relevant recruiting experience required (professional services experience strongly preferred);

- 5+ years- experience in leading & scaling large, high-performing teams through change;

- Client-focused and committed to the continuous improvement of relationships with all levels of management and employees (cross-functional);

- Ability to influence recruiting decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice;

- Ability to put in place meaningful metrics which will help continuously improve the efficiency of recruiting operations against business outcomes/results;

- Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively in a fast-paced environment;

- Strong project management, organization and communication skills;

- Managed a team of 30 plus

- Exposure to volume hiring - Managed around 3000 plus hires year on year
