Leader - Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS (4-8 yrs)
Expectation :
- Excellent English communication skills along with strong academics background. Not Grammatical, font mistake in CV. (Very important)
- Smart and cream candidate is required. No average candidate
- Looking for candidates with minimum present CTC double his experience. Example- 4 yrs exp must-have present ctc - 10 LPA or above
- Looking candidates from renowned (large MNC) companies.
Skills required :
- 4-8 yrs of strong experience in Sourcing (Do not share your CV if overall experience is above 9 yrs of experience) We are looking for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition candidate ( not looking for HRBP or Generalist profile)
- Team Management experience for - 2-3yrs is a must. Should have ownership of their performance and career development.
- Excellent sourcing skills
