Leader/Senior Manager - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial zeal and hands-on experience in recruitment space.
Think of us as an incubator which will provide you all the resources required to run your own business be it office infrastructure, resources, technology, deep industry connections or whatever it takes to be successful. You will be responsible for complete P & L of the firm. Starting from scratch with focus on creating great value for our clientele.
These will be three main pillars of your role & success:
- Team building and handling (Right from hiring the very first recruiter)
- Delivery and operations management
- Client relations and satisfaction
You should have:
- 4+ years of experience in Recruitments (Tech & Non Tech roles both)
- Well versed with candidate/recruitment landscape
- Experience of closing senior mandates GM to CXO level
- Passion to drive business and achieve targets
You can:
