Role : Sales Leader Your Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Overall Global Business unit responsibility including Revenues, Pipeline, Order Booking, team management, team development etc - Must be able to provide insight &amp; help in improvement of systems/processes - Develop and build the required team - Close coordination with internal departments/customers/partners Required Skills : - Must have handled a team of 8-10 people - Must have been responsible for atleast $5M revenue - Demonstrated track record of growth - Managing customers across NA, EU, ME and APAC - Must have a strong Enterprise selling background with exposure to companies such as Oracle, SAP, IBM, etc - Must have worked with clients in Mfg &amp; CPG vertical - Must have worked closely with large ISVs such as SAP, Oracle, etc. Alliance management experience would be an advantage. Experience : 18 - 20 Years Qualification : BE Preferred, MBA Personal Attributes : - Team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction - Self starter, high on energy and drive - Excellent written &amp; oral communication skills - Excellent Interpersonal &amp; problem solving abilities - Must be able to operate independently - Ability to lead through ambiguity
