Leader - Sales/Business Development - IT (13-25 yrs)
We are having an opportunity for the Sales Director/Senior Director role with One of the fastest growing Startup .
Roles & Responsibilities :
- will be majorly responsible for acquiring new accounts and New business development in US Geo.
- will manage those accounts which he will bring into the business.
- after and manage the sales in USA location head quartered in India.
- Will evaluate sales opportunities and business case presentations for new and existing clients globally.
- Should be Well-versed with the US and India markets.
- Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology.
- Collaboration with Marketing, Relationship Managers and Practice Management teams in lead generation and opportunity identification and new acquisitions.
- Will Overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions using strong work ethics.
- Will acquire new clients by prospecting & generating leads and ensuring achievement of the defined targets.
- Will ensure achievement of KPIs in terms of productivity, operating efficiency, cost and customer service, cash flow projections, reports and budgets
