Used by leading financial institutions across North America, Western Europe, APAC, Latam and MENA. Position / Role: Sales and Analyst Team Head for APAC Experience Level: 10+ years Qualification: MBA or equivalent Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to manage enterprise sales and partner with organizations &amp; associations (including PE Funds, Business brokers, Advisory / M&amp;A networks etc) to set the pace for BankerBay to scale in Asia and other markets. The role will also include day-to-day oversight and providing strategic direction to the analyst (TMA) team. - Provide daily direction and oversight of the analyst (TMA) team - Provide strategic direction to analyst team and communication of overall company goals and direction - Lead business development activities including prospecting for new business by identifying and qualifying leads generated from cold-calling, networking, marketing, referrals and lead databases - Develop a sophisticated understanding of target market to shortlist potential targets / partners / alliances with private equity funds, advisory/M&amp;A networks and business brokers - Manage on-boarding including negotiating and closing contracts, - Understand requirements of enterprise clients and provide suggestions for product enhancement (and communicate same to technology team and senior management) - Monitor product usage to ensure client retention and identify upsell opportunities - Coordination of marketing efforts, including development of marketing materials and communication on social media channels in connection with marketing team - Build rich, durable, personal ties with our partners and internal teams as a trusted advisor, coordinator, project manager and all-around problem solver - Revenue forecasting and sales reporting - Tracking of competitors - Provide continual feedback and periodic reporting to management on market/client trends, competition and product feedback - Develop sales presentations and summaries of analytical conclusions for senior management - Represent BankerBay at industry events and conferences as a speaker, panellist or moderator on relevant topics Skills/Requirements: - Minimum 4 years experience in the financial sector - Minimum 4 years of enterprise / SAAS / technology sales and developing mutually beneficial partnerships - preferably for clients outside of India and in the financial sector - Minimum 3 years of experience that demonstrate leadership abilities along with an understanding of business development, implementation, and ongoing relationship development - An open, collaborative and communicative attitude and the ability to work well cross functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders - Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to close contracts independently - Ability to work under minimal supervision - Added advantage if the prospect has an understanding of deal origination in Investment banking and PE space
