Leader - Rewards & Compensation - Consulting Firm (9-12 yrs)
Looking for professionals having experience 9 to 14 of Rewards & Compensation. You will be working extensively on Project Management, Delivery and Business Development in HR Consulting space.
Location - Bangalore, Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities:
- Leading project delivery across consulting solutions such as rewards benchmarking and design related engagements
- Managing growth and revenue generation through new & old clients
- Developing strong working relationships with key people in the client organizations and advising them on Rewards and Benefits
- Support project management aspects like project planning, tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Providing ongoing support to clients in data interpretation and reviewing the survey data
- Develop solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals and submissions based on client requests
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources having experience of 9+ years
- Should team handling experience and good understanding of Human Resources and C&B practices
- Prior consulting experience will be preferred
