Leader - Quality - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opportunity with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location: Multiple

Level: Quality Leader(Leadership Level)

- Looking for the candidates having experience into quality.

- Should be Black belt certified

- MBB will be preferred

- Drive high-impact process improvement initiatives in Lean, Six Sigma, Analytics, Smart automation, Digitization, Rapid improvements, Robotics process automation.

- Conduct key Business Process study to identify weaknesses and gaps in process (As-is), recommend measures to re-engineer the process (To-Be), making improvement plans, implementing them, and ensuring handover to Operations.

- Mentor Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and RDM/SPS projects and close within timeline.

- Candidates only from BPO/ KPO can apply.
