Job Responsibilities :

b. Define methodologies and IPs that would be leveraged by projects and customers

c. Drive Transformation to Agile & product engineering excellence across the organization

- Assess current and define future state of product Excellence

- Translate ideas to working plans, form focus groups, drive change

- Drive measurable progress

d. Position Company in industry forums and drive mind share in the industry

e. Conceptualize and build platforms to scale product excellence

Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in Industry and has led agile and product mindset transformation

- Has been instrumental in transforming leadership to agile & product mindset

- Has led complex product developments to success

- Has proven expertise in Agile & Engineering Transformation

- Has significant industry presence and has been invited in multiple industry forums

- Has developed methodologies and IPs

- Bachelor's degree or higher from premier institutes
