A leading client of ours is looking for a leadership hire in Product and Consumer Technology and Growth Marketing,the role is based in Mumbai Our client is looking for a combination of experience in Product Management, UX/UI and Growth Marketing (App Installation and marketing). Briefly, the role involves: 1. Product ownership and deep understanding of consumer journey and experience 2.Translating customer requirements into product /app enhancements by working closely with partners, functional and business excellence 3. Ownership of the product funnel and implementing UI/UX interventions basis new consumer needs 4. Responsible for delivering best in class consumer experience across channels (websites, mobile app, mobile site, digital menu boards, in-store gaming, self ordering kiosks) 5. Drive omnichannel CRM, develop consumer experience and interface platforms 6. Evaluation of external partners for all new digital technologies and strategic vendors for operational needs 7.
