Leader - US Payroll - Scouting for seasoned professionals for one of the leading MNC that offer great benefits with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders. - Would be responsible to manage US &amp; Canada payroll processing and compliance, analysis of exempt and non-exempt payrolls. - Work closely with the payroll vendors and accounting teams on various monthly/quarterly accounting close activities including account review, reconciliations and variance analysis. - Assist with managing payroll team, including day-to-day payroll deliverables. - Assist with compliance matters, such as timely regulatory filings related to wage laws, policies and procedures. - Stakeholder management: Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:- - Experience with US Canadian payroll is a must. - Must have worked in a Global multinational and/or SSC environment - Systems: Global Payroll Solutions and advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables and lookups) preferred. - Process Oriented: Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices. - Excellent management and organizational skills. - Technical skills: Thorough knowledge of payroll-related compliance requirements. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization including executive team members
