Spearheading and managing process Operations Excellence -with a core focus of enhancing service delivery capability across Finance and Accounting domain P2P and R2R domains.

- Delivered Transformation projects in P2P & R2R,

- Well-versed in the knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology.

- Sound understanding of current technologies/ solutions available to improve business processes. Excellent facilitation skills to work with diverse teams in standardizing the processes

- Design the operations excellence implementation plan

- Drive operational excellence project using re-engineering, lean/Six Sigma best practices framework

- It is important that the candidate displays collaboration within/across teams

- Good written and oral communication skills along with advanced MS Outlook knowledge.

- Must have experience in translating information/ delivering key messages through powerpoint presentations to senior stakeholders

- Willingness to learn, work in accordance with project-based time zones, grows and stretches into the role.

- Experience in handling F&A Domestic Transitions
