Leader - Marketing - FMCG/FMCD/Auto - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-15 yrs)
- A leading Indian company with a global presence that is renowned in the consumer products space is seeking to hire a senior manager to lead the Marketing function for one of their largest BU's.
- This role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy starting from brand positioning, and running the entire gamut of communication and activation across markets ranging from rural to urban, countrywide.
Your Profile :
- Ideally an MBA from a premier business school, you must have 10-15 years of consumer marketing experience and a proven track record of brand successes. You must have experience of owning and nurturing brands including creating multiple successful campaigns across all media including digital.
Key Deliverables :
- Brand Strategy
- Market Share and volume growth through effective campaigns
- Managing Digital Media to drive traffic and conversion
Competency Requirements :
- Conceptual & Practical understanding of Marketing / Brand Management having developed & successfully deployed Brand campaigns
- Understanding of how digital marketing works
- Trade Marketing
- High Analytical Skills.
- Sales Process Understanding
