Leader L&D - Prior experience in Startups and Consulting organizations- Bangalore


Looking for accomplished Learning and Development (L&D) professional with a passion for nurturing talent and driving growth. Do you thrive in dynamic startup environments, adeptly crafting L&D strategies that fuel success, If you're an outstanding communicator with 7-15 years of experience, then this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic Advisor: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute an all-encompassing L&D and talent strategy that resonates with the organization's ethos and objectives.

- Talent Transformation: Lead the design, execution, and management of comprehensive talent management initiatives, including leadership development, talent planning, succession, and career management.

- Learning Innovation: Apply your expertise to analyze organizational training needs and curate impactful programs that equip employees with skills that drive performance excellence.

- Diverse Training Delivery: Utilize a range of training methods, including classroom sessions, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to engage and develop our diverse workforce.

- Results-Oriented Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of our L&D programs through assessments and feedback, driving improvements and aligning outcomes with business goals.

- Resource Management: Steward the learning and development budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effective execution of initiatives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to align training programs with our dynamic company culture.

- Empowering Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of trainers and L&D professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from Tier I institute - MDI, SCMHRD, TISS, XLRI, IIMs.

- At least 7-15 years of progressive L&D and talent management experience, including roles within Startups and Management Consulting Companies.

- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable for diverse audiences and stakeholder groups.

- Expertise in coaching and talent identification, with a knack for building robust relationships.

- Advanced knowledge of learning principles, needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation.

- Strategic mindset, with the agility to tailor programs to meet unique needs of various teams.
