REQUIREMENTS :

- 13+ years of experience in an L&D and Talent Management role

- Full-time Post-graduation (preferably MBA HR)

- Exceptional analytics and strategies building skills

- Excellent Presentation and communication skills

- Fiercely ambitious

- Having an entrepreneurial mind-set
