Scouting for a seasoned resource management professional for one of the leading financial institution that offers great benefits with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.

Role :

- Would be responsible for leading control testing and performing IT assurance testing.

- Would be responsible for managing, monitor and deliver IT control testing using the global Testing.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the timely delivery of IT control testing in line with the quarterly and annual testing plans and being transparent and accurate in the completion of testing deliverables.

- Providing expertise and guidance on IT control testing across.

- Supporting the completion of targeted control reviews covering IT risks

- Inspires and engages with people to create an inclusive and high performing testing team, including developing and motivating the local testing team to attract, retain and develop the capability and talent of the team.

- Suggesting and implementing enhancements to testing processes and resource capabilities to deliver the quarterly/ annual IT control testing plans and targeted reviews

- Embedding quality into the testing deliverables of the testing team and ensuring compliance with the Testing Methodology.

- Risk management focus continues to be heightened due to breaks in IT controls regularly appearing in the press

- Ensure IT control testing activities are focused on the highest priority areas and performed to a high quality

- Should have good experience in Banking domain

Qualification :

- IT Risk qualification (CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent)
