Leader - Internal & External Communication - IT Firm (8-15 yrs)

Role : Communication Leader (Internal+ External)

Job Purpose :


The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementation of employee communication. The role will be responsible for change communications planning and delivery, creating great content to drive colleague awareness, engagement and alignment with organisational and function priorities. Also need to engage with colleagues in the wider function, programme and geographic network, including senior stakeholders and peers. This is an exciting industry and career defining change to be a part of as the company changes the way it does technology.

KRA :

- Designing and Implementing internal campaigns and news, including ensuring important business projects and information are communicated to employee audience groups

- Create compelling content and messages using story-telling to engage global employees in the DevOps & Agile journey

- Enable people managers with briefings and materials that inform and mobilize employees

- Collaborate with the leadership team and other regional and country communications colleagues as required.

- Support global teams in showcasing their impact and position them as thought leaders and catalysts for change and innovation across the wider Technology organisation.

- Engage employees in Group IT Functions by delivering change communication through appropriate programmes and channels and in alignment with the broader IT Transformation programme and communications strategy

- Work collaboratively with Technology employee communications, DevOps and Agile communications, and the wider operational network to deliver results to ensure employee communications plans are aligned and delivered

Experience Required :

- Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently, effectively and quickly with senior executives and transformation/ project leads

- Good experience in leveraging new media tools and technology to create and deliver engaging communication

- Expertise in managing large employee engagement events and conferences.

- Expert in change communications design and delivery

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice

Candidate must have good experience of working in Internal Communication with a IT MNC and should be well versed with latest Technology and related writing/content creation.
