Position: Manager Internal Communications

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Sr. Director

Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for all internal communication strategies, plans and activities for the MNC's business in India. design and implementation of internal communication plans

- Supporting on leader communication

- Internal Magazine management

- Intranet - both content and design planning and implementing internal brand-building initiatives and events

- Design the internal communications strategy for India business.

- Plan, design and implement internal branding and brand building initiatives

- Strategic Planning for creation, editing, designing, and publishing all internal communications/ publications including communication emails, posters, AVs, newsletters, etc.

- Strategize and create content for the CEO communication calendar

- Internal Magazine - Be responsible for designing, creating, writing and editing of appropriate content and design. responsible to design and deliver suitable messaging based on Business and Team priorities.

- Will include high level of interaction with the India leadership team in all Business Units of the Organization. interface with external vendors and design partners.
