Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Fully responsible for managing end-to-end Processes related to Payroll and Separation Process in India - Should have managed end-to-end in-house payroll for a mid-sized or large-size service organization - People Management, that includes managing teams, defining their goals and deliverables, measuring them against metrics - Management of Sensitive data with utmost confidentiality, care, sensitivity and as per the data privacy and data management policies and laws. - Excellent exposure and knowledge of ERP or HRIS management systems (preferably SAP or PeopleSoft). - Defining SLA's related to various payroll &amp; separation related activities, monitoring them and ensuring that all queries are addressed within SLA. - Analyzing the employee grievances related payroll &amp; separation and all related areas and bettering / improving the process, system, workflows or implementing new technology-based solutions to reduce repeat issues, provides real-time information and update to employees.
