HR Leader
- As a HR leader, this role demands active participation in achieving HR strategic objectives.
- Develop, design, and implement progressive human resource policies, implement best practices and procedures to promote company brand value.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives across business functions and to translate business requirements into effective HR practices to align with the business objectives.
- Driving HR agenda across several Sites - managing interventions for a very large employee base with high level of complexities and ambiguity
- Design and drive Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to map the people strategy of the business units with the business strategy
- Drive talent management processes at the business/ function level to ensure continuous identification and development of high-potential talent
- Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development
