HR Leader - Luxury Retail

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Enhance Employer Branding: Create and execute strategies to enhance the employer brand image of the organization. Establish the brand as an employer of choice through effective communication, employee value proposition, and employer branding initiatives.

- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Implement talent management strategies, including talent pipelining, succession planning, and career development programs.

- Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs across the organization and design comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the organization's goals and values. Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to drive high performance.

- Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture. Develop employee engagement programs, recognition schemes, and feedback mechanisms to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail or luxury fashion industry.

- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in India.

- Proven experience in employer branding, learning and development, and talent management.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
