We are looking for a Human Resources Leader to manage the HR function for the technology centre of the World's 2nd largest privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world.  Description of the Position :  This role will play a critical part in helping build out the Technology Center in Bangalore over the next several years. In addition, the role will be supporting talent management and people development, which includes recruiting and growing talent, driving engagement and retention programs, and managing training and development capabilities. This role will also provide other HR process support, such as administering various employee relations processes (leave, absentee, exit), addressing compensation and benefits questions, maintaining site personal data, ensuring site compliance with all local employment laws and regulations, and managing site- wide communications.  List the essential functions and major activities :  HR Strategy- Talent Management, Recruitment, and People Development   - Recruit, retain and grow talent  - Provide onboarding support to new employees  - Drive employee engagement programs  - Manage day-to-day logistics of people development and career-pathing  - Execute training and development programs and deliver training capabilities to ensure continuous learning and improvement for employees  - Identify talent gaps and devise and execute plan to close gaps  HR Process/Operations Management :  - Maintain relationships with various stakeholders to ensure execution of HR processes and programs (Molex, Georgia Pacific, etc.)  - Own strategic partnerships with recruiting agencies  - Administer leave, absentee, exit, and other employee relations processes onsite  - Address / escalate compensation and benefits questions onsite  - Draft and disseminate site-specific communications relating to HR programs and processes  - Maintain site personnel data Ensure compliance with local employer laws and regulations
