Role:
- Lead HR for the entire India business
- Be responsible for putting in place policies for the company
- Ensuring proper alignment of people policies between India and worldwide
- Lead Talent Acquisition for the business
- Ensuring the company is an employer of choice
- Providing HR subject matter expertise to the business leaders
- Provide strategic direction to the company on all HR initiatives
Must have skills:
- Expertise in leading HR for a mid-size IT organization for 2 years
- Total experience of HR for over 15 years
- Solid exposure to all facets of HR
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A natural influencer
Education: MBA in HR from a reputed college
