Our client is a major global conglomerate that is looking to bring onboard a leader for their HR Technology team. You will lead the HR Technology roadmap for the entire conglomerate including all Business Units. You need to bring a deep understanding of the Workday platform and HR tech stack which includes LMS, ATS, etc. The leader will need to own the delivery of products, hiring and development of the team, and product roadmap, and rollout plan to support organizational growth. This role will report to the Group Head of Learning & HR Technology in our Group Human Resources Department. Job Description : - Sets HR technology strategy - Drive Best of Breed solutions deployment - Own all aspects of HR technology ecosystem architecture (data, systems, software) and processes including how they support business plans and objectives - Lead all aspects of system configuration (codes, eligibility, user management, etc.) Serves as liaison with Group IT and Audit across the HR technology ecosystem regarding system changes and data integrity audits, and recommends corrective measures as required - Robust change management and communication - Builds a progressive change management environment through communication, expert level collaboration, setting shared objectives, creating open dialogue, and helping balance styles and interests across a variety of executive levels and functions to drive impact
