A Global renowned life sciences Company is looking to hire a seasoned HR Business Partner Leader for their IDC in Bangalore. In 2014, the company generated $19.9 billion in revenue, earned a spot on the Fortune 150 list and over the past 20 years,Company stock has outperformed the S&P 500 Index by nearly 2,800 percent. They are Looking for a strategic executor ( 12-15 yrs.) with experience of high impact IC role with conflicting priorities, CXO level stakeholder management and exposure to mature high quality HR practices across sectors. Past experience in terms of scale, quality and complexity of HR work is important. An agile way of thinking and doing is a must have. Comp is competitive ( 25 lakhs range ).

Main Role / Job Objective:

The HRBP supports business leaders in maximizing sustainable growth and innovation by helping to build leadership, talent and organizational capability.

- Business Partnering & Organizational Development:

- Managing all transactions from recruitment to exits for this business group

- Providing professional support, coaching and advice to the line managers in a wide range of HR issues,

including specialist support and advice on complex associate related issues (e.g. sickness, conflict management, performance management, etc.)

- Advising and supporting line managers through the annual HR year-end processes around

performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment, succession planning,

Engagement survey, etc.

- Providing local recruiting support and guidance in close cooperation with the RPO/TA team, including managing Time to Fill, Career Leveling support, compensation offers, etc.

- Supporting line managers in identifying and retaining key stakeholders at risk

- Building managerial capability for 2nd and 3rd line of leadership

- Working with the team on long-range plans and function specific initiatives

- Experience in coaching/counseling/mentoring will be an asset

- Must have a previous experience in facilitating training programs for at least 2yrs

- Talent Acquisition and Associate On-boarding:

- Driving annual headcount planning and talent acquisition plans for the year.

- Managing and monitoring the TA RPO team and their weekly/ monthly deliverable

- Responsible for anchoring the new hire on-boarding including Orientations and Immersion plans

- Monthly Headcount update, cost projections and tally against workbook, workday and TALEO

- Anchoring all graduate and post graduate campus programs - Campus hiring for R&D, Summer Internships, etc.

- HR Operations, Projects and Change Management initiatives:

- Managing and participating in HR projects, change programs, HR and organizational initiatives

- Working on common initiatives within the High Growth Markets

- Building Business System metrics for the HR function

- Leading HR Audits and compliance reporting, as needed

- Qualification & Experience -

- Experience : 12 to 15 years in an HR Business Partnering or an HR generalist role in IT Product (R&D) organizations. Some Experience from commercial or business acumen will be an added advantage.

- Education - MBA in HR from a premier business school

- Ability to build relationships and influence people in a matrix environment

- Ability to create and enforce process discipline and a positive work culture

- Flexibility to travel to offices across India & abroad on need basis

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is necessary and experience of Workday/ Oracle/ TALEO an added advantage.

- Main objectives of the job and performance standards (KPI- s):

Monthly HR dashboard for the Opcos, including KPI's on:-

- Talent Acquisition (e.g. time-to-fill, agency spend, internal fill rate)

- Talent Management (e.g. talent funnel, succession plan)

- Attrition (Voluntary & Involuntary)

- Engagement (e.g. action plan milestones, individual retention plans)

- Labour Cost (e.g. resource plan)

- Annual Cycle (e.g. deadlines)

- Organisational design & efficiency (span of control, productivity)

- Project management milestones.
