HRBP Leader - Large Financial Services Firm - Bangalore

- Manage end to end employee life cycle while being instrumental in driving HRBP agenda on ground.

- You will be responsible for driving HR Strategy and managing various business stakeholders working with leadership.

- 15+ years experience in core HR Business Partnering post MBA from a premier MBA Institute

- Experience working in a start-up/ FMCG/ E-Commerce having handled off roll/ contractual employees is a must

- Experience in HR Compliance, Performance Management, Change Management & Implementing HR Policies & Processes

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities required
