- Our client is looking for a Leader- HR Analytics who can set up the team from scratch and set up the best practices in the HR and People Analytics space.

- Our client is an Indian Bank with headquarters in Mumbai. They are currently in their growth phase and setting up the Analytics team from scratch. They are looking for Leaders for their key functions to lead and grow the team.
Description
Key responsibilities for the role of a Leader - HR Analytics would be :
- Directly work with the HR Leadership team to develop and deliver people journeys
- Lead responsibility for execution/implementation of programs, processes and initiatives in the HR Analytics domain, may manage cross functional resources
- Be responsible for decisions / activities that have significant impact on the organisation's people agenda
- To execute /implement programs, processes and initiatives in the HR Analytics domain
Profile
As a successful candidate for the role of Leader-HR Analytics, you should:
- Have 15+ years of experience of working in Analytics
- At-least 5 years doing HR Analytics
- Have worked on Attrition analytics, compensation and benefits analysis, People Analytics, Recruitment Analytics, workforce benchmarking etc
- Be well versed with new edge Analytics tools like SAS, R and python
