- Will work closely with clients and Business leaders to deploy Process Transformation initiatives across CPG, Retail and Healthcare verticals.
- Stakeholder management internal as well as external teams.
- will be responsible to drive operational excellence and productivity across the business vertical.
- Will be managing a team of quality professionals to drive change management initiatives for clients.
- Will be responsible to drive high impact process improvement opportunities to deliver value for the client.
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Experience of interacting with Global customers.
- Consulting / Business Transformation experience .
- Exposure on working for Healthcare (payer), Pharma or Life-sciences industries.
