Leader - Finance Transformation - BPO (16-26 yrs)

- Preference and Looking for only Diversity leaders.
- Should be a domain expert in one of Tower eg PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A etc., having led / delivered at least 2 large scale End to End F&A Transformation for global Clients
- Role incumbent will be involved in lead Transformation agenda for existing F&A accounts which includes support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios into the New.
- Minimum 16+ Yrs experience and in a leadership role in F&A Transformation for good 2+ Yrs at least.
- A global strategic leader, with hands client interfacing skills on Global Platform.
- Positive attitude, good articulations, strong in finance transformation fundamentals, updated in latest technologies, tools and Industry trend is expected.
