Leader - Finance Change/Finance Transformation - BFSI

Candidate will work as a business analyst on projects to implement regulatory .

Should have understanding of Finance Change.

The candidate will support the projects across the project lifecycle engaging with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements

Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made

Should transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

To understand the Financial Accounting related accounting and reporting systems and processes

Worked on projects as a BA delivering Treasury / Liquidity or other Regulatory reporting projects

Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements definition, design, testing and process mapping
